SBG Healthcare is looking for an experienced Trauma Surgeon for a hospital partner in Pennsylvania that has a coverage need beginning in Late Jan/ Early Feb 2021 - Ongoing.
Level 2 Trauma Surgeon with Gen Surgery/ Surgical Critical Care Fellowship
- Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible within 2 years
- New grads will be reviewed
- Level 1 or Level 2 experience is required
- Preference with a fellowship from a top tier Trauma Program
Additional Information:
Approximately 700 operative cases/yr (~2/day)
4800 patients
25% trauma
Majority of cases are Falls, ATVs, car accidents, blunt trauma
5% penetrating
Very few GSW, but high acuity when they get them
75% emergency/gen surg
Alternating 24hr primary call and 24hr backup call
In-house for primary
