FARGO, NORTH DAKOTA (USA). Sanford Health is looking for a BE/BC general surgeon fellowship trained in surgical critical care with extensive experience in trauma to join their emergency general surgery, trauma, and surgical critical care team in Fargo, North Dakota.
- This position covers the Surgical Critical Care Service, Emergency General Surgery, and Trauma Surgery Service
- Team consists of ten surgeons and six nurse practitioners
- Region’s only Level 1 Adult Trauma Center, Level 2 Pediatric Trauma Center, & Joint Commission accredited Comprehensive Stroke Center
- Trauma Volume 2700/year. 95% blunt trauma
- High volume complex emergency general surgery
- Obtain an academic appointment through University of North Dakota Medical School
- Teaching of medical students & surgical residents and research opportunities are available
- Critical Care Fellowship beginning 2026
Compensation Package
