Dates of Coverage: Emergent dates December 24 - 28, February 1, 2026 and ongoing, 1-2 weeks a month ongoing
Details/Requirements for Assignment #112535:
- Must be Board Certified
- Must hold active Indiana license or IMLC
- Twelve hour in house, night shift 7pm–7am or day shift 7am–7pm, Prefer 7 on 7 off
- Five physicians, support staff available
- Day shift is back up call for night shift, Night shift is back up call for Day shift
- Types of ICU - MSIC, CVIU, CICU
- Level 2 Trauma
- Cerner
