TidalHealth Peninsula Regional in Salisbury, MD is seeking an Acute Care Surgeon to join a collaborative, high-performing surgical team. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in trauma and emergency general surgery and is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in an acute care setting. Fellowship training or demonstrated trauma surgery expertise is required, and candidates will be part of a multidisciplinary group dedicated to advancing surgical services for the community.
Benefits:
- Base Salary Range: $490,000 – $590,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Eligibility for productivity and quality incentives
- Comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, malpractice coverage, and CME allowance
