- Two Providers Needed:
- Feb 01 – Ongoing
- May 31 – 3 months
- Schedule:
- Full time: 7 on 7 off
- Shift Type: Mixed, mostly days
- Days: 7:00 am – 7:00 pm
- Nights: 7:00 pm – 7:00 am
Clinical Details:
- Nights are usually covered by 2 docs
- EMR: Cerner
- Level I/II Trauma, Busy hospital
Requirements:
- Active Indiana license, DEA, and CSR required
- Board Certification Required
