Job Description
* Deliver expert care in general surgery, trauma, and surgical critical care across inpatient and emergency settings
* Provide team-based and individual coverage for a high-volume Level 1 Trauma Center
* Participate in clinical research and academic initiatives to advance surgical science
* Contribute to education and mentorship of residents, fellows, and medical students
* Maintain high-quality documentation and ensure compliance with institutional and legal requirements
Qualifications
* MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in General Surgery
* Successful completion of fellowship training in Surgical Critical Care or Acute Care Surgery
* Eligible for medical licensure in Minnesota
* Strong surgical skills with facility in robotic surgery preferred
* Demonstrated achievement or potential in clinical research, particularly in data science/AI
