We have opened a Trauma Surgery physician locum need Hospital in Urbana, IL.
REQUIREMENTS: BC or BE in General Surgery/Trauma Surgery, ACLS, PALS, and ATLS.
LICENSE RESTRICTION: Must have an ALREADY ACTIVE Illinois license, active IL DEA, and CS.
SCHEDULE: As soon as credentialed and payer enrollment completed. Provider will work either 7A-7P or 7P-7A. Ideal candidate can do 20shifts per month, but they would take less.
Submission Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in General/Trauma Surgery- Required
Active IL License – Required
Availability per request - Required
