- Other Details: The facility, which is stroke-certified and trauma level 2 is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours only. The Schedule will be 3-5 day stretch over a weekend once a month and there are 4-8 shifts/month. Provider will cover all trauma and emergency general surgery. Does NOT cover ICU. No trainees. All subspecialty support needed for consults. Level 1 STEMI center, with approximately 2000 activations annually, ~80K ED visits. 30 ORs with 1 blocked trauma OR, second if needed, and a designated EGS room.
