Coverage Needs Details:
- In-patient Setting
- On-going Need
- Weekend Coverage Needed (Once a month)(3-5 shifts per month)
- Facility will accept multiple providers
Candidate Requirements
- Must have active MO licensure
- Minimum Board Status: Board Eligible
- Required Certifications: ABLS, ATLS
Job Details
- Schedule: 3-5 day stretch over a weekend (Once a month)
- Provider will cover all trauma and emergency general surgery (Will not cover ICU)
- All subspecialty support needed for consults
- Setting: Busy Level 2 Trauma Center, Level 1 STEMI Center
- Annual Census: 2k activations annually, 80k ED visits
- 30 OR’s w/ 1 blocked trauma OR, second if needed
- Designated EGS Room
- EMR: EPic
- Daily Census: Varies
- Est Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
- Support: 2 APP
Compensation for this opportunity is highly competitive at $230/hr.
