Large Level II Trauma Center seeks a Trauma Director. Oversee all aspects of the multi-disciplinary care of trauma patients from the time of injury through discharge and takes a lead role for critical care, as co-director of critical care. Provide high quality and effective care following evidence-based trauma guidelines as well as providing exceptional service excellence to trauma patients. Establish a comprehensive plan/program of care for the Hospital's most vulnerable populations, more specifically geriatric patients from the community. Salary range of $425,107- 565,494. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's education, training, skills, licensure and certification, competencies and other relevant experience
