Trauma Surgery Opportunity - Kingsport, TN (27-County Area in Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia)
Ballad Health is seeking a trained Trauma Surgeon to join Surgical Associates of Kingsport at Holston Valley Medical Center in Kingsport, Tennessee. The physician will be joining a team of one Traumatologist and five General Surgeons in Kingsport, TN. The ideal candidate for this position will be doing a mix of Trauma and Acute General Surgery, as well as working in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit.Details:
• Mix of Trauma and General Surgery• Newly built OR, SICU, and Emergency Department
• Multiple State-of-the-art Trauma Resuscitation Bays
• 15 Surgical ICU beds; 15 Medical/Surgical Step-down ICU beds
• Call – 1:3 for trauma with some concurrent general surgery call
• EPIC EMR
Compensation:

The trauma program at Holston Valley Medical Center consists of 4 general surgeons, 5 advanced practitioners providing trauma and acute care services in the Level 3 trauma center.
