A hospital in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a BC kidney transplant surgeon to join the team of Nephrologists and surgeons at a transplant center. As the only kidney transplant program in our service area of 1.2 million people, there is opportunity to grow and expand this well-established program. The hospital is a <400 bed tertiary care center in Ft. Wayne, IN which is part of a larger health network.

- Specialty services include:Transplant trained nursing staffPost-transplant monitoring and outpatient clinic, Living donor transplant team, Transplant outreach coordinator, Interdisciplinary team of dietitians, financial counselors, referral coordinators, social workers, and physicians works together to develop a customized patient care plan
