Shift Details: Scheduled hours and call
Schedule: 8am - 4:30pm
Work Details:
• Support staff: General Surgery and Urology Residents, Nephrology
• Amount of coverage needed per month: 7 days.
• Patients per day: We transplanted 128 patients last year, weekly OR volume varies. Transplant candidate evaluations= 5-6 weekly. Inpatient multi-disciplinary rounds.
• Patient population/age: 18-75
• Department description: Kidney Transplant- pre-transplant and post-transplant clinic evaluations and follow up visits.
• EMR: Cerner / DRAGON dictation software
• Skills preferred: Transplant biopsy.

• Board Certification: Required
• State license required: WV
• Certifications preferred: ABS.
• Certifications required: ASTS Transplant
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
