» Active Florida license required
» Board Certification or true Eligibility required
» Scheduled clinic & 24-hour call coverage - including daily rounding & being available for emergent consults and surgery
» Mid-levels take 1st call and support rounding.
» Average daily census 3-4 patients per 24 hour shift
» 220 + bed facility, Level 2 Trauma Center, Cerner EMR
