We are seeking a top rated Cardiac Thoracic Surgeon to join a highly respected team in South Louisiana. This opportunity is located in a state of the art Cardiovascular institute.
• Six state-of-the-art operating rooms
• Four cardiac catheterization electrophysiology labs
• Critical care units
• 4,500 cardiovascular procedures each year.
• Robotic-assisted heart bypass surgery
• Hybrid operating rooms
• Accredited by the American College of Radiology in Cardiac MRI
• HeartFlow® Analysis to create 3D models of the arteries in a patient’s heart.
It is also a teaching institution for the state wide medical schools, with a possible staff affiliation with LSU and Tulane.
