St. Luke's Cardiothoracic Surgery Associates has an excellent opportunity for two board-certified/board-eligible Cardiothoracic Surgeons to join their single specialty clinic in a hospital-employed position. You would join an established practice that includes one other CT Surgeon and two Physician Assistants in a patient-centered group.

Practice Specifics: Seeking Two Cardiothoracic Surgeons

• In and outpatient practice where clinic is connected directly to the hospital
• Recently completed hybrid OR
• Shared call
• Full EMR, including software-based dictation capability
• Even mixture of cardiac and thoracic surgery cases
• Option to participate in new TAVR program
• An established, growing built-in referral system
• Cross-specialty collaboration; hospital system includes all major sub-specialties
• $750,000 base salary and $50,000 sign-on bonus
• Generous relocation stipend
• Four weeks of vacation and additional time off for CME, plus CME stipend
