Assignment Details Start/end: Urgent block 9/5 (am) through 9/14 (am), plus ongoing coverage as needed Schedule: Weekend 24-hour call (Sat/Sun 7a-7a); Monday-Friday 7a-5p hourly plus 5p-7a night call Coverage type: Inpatient and clinic, plus call Volume: 4-6 CT surgery inpatients; clinic 10-12 (only patients needing to be seen in the regular surgeon's absence); ~1-2 CABG/week, 5-7 other surgical cases average; hospital daily census ~75 Setting: Inpatient/clinic; provider must see patients and perform procedures at the facility (no transferring patients out) Support: PA, NP, MA for office, office supervisor EMR: Meditech Credentialing: ASAP Clinical Details Required scope: Round on inpatients on the CV surgery service and take call for emergent procedures — CABG, thoracic; provider must perform procedures on site Preferred scope: Vascular (a bonus, not required) Requirements Board certified or board eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery License: OH required ACLS Active DEA Compensation Rate negotiable, open to your number Malpractice provided Travel and lodging reimbursed
