Cardiothoracic Surgery Locums Job in Florida | 24-Hour Call Coverage | October 2026 - Ongoing | Assignment #116808
-- 24-hour Cardiothoracic Surgery call coverage
-- Respond by phone within 15 minutes during assigned call coverage
-- Must be able to present to the hospital within 30 minutes when required
-- Active FL license and DEA registered in FL required to be eligible
-- Must have current case logs
-- Current Board Certification or true Board Eligibility required
-- Evaluation and management of postoperative patients
-- Collaboration with Trauma Surgery, Emergency Medicine, Critical Care/Intensivists, and Radiology as appropriate
-- Patient volume: 30
-- EMR: Meditech, Patient Keeper, eCW
-- CABG
-- Valve repair/replacement
-- Emergency cardiac procedures
-- Thoracic procedures including lung resections
-- Management of thoracic trauma
Assignment Details:
-- Open shifts: 7am 11/24 – 7am 11/30-- 24-hour Cardiothoracic Surgery call coverage
-- Respond by phone within 15 minutes during assigned call coverage
-- Must be able to present to the hospital within 30 minutes when required
-- Active FL license and DEA registered in FL required to be eligible
-- Must have current case logs
-- Current Board Certification or true Board Eligibility required
-- Evaluation and management of postoperative patients
