We are currently seeking a BC/BE Cardiothoracic Surgeon for an established program in Alaska — strong compensation, flexible scheduling, and full support from credentialing through placement.
Compensation:
• Weekday: $4,500 (first 8 hours), $450/hour OT and callback, $450 pager fee when on call
• Weekend: $3,500 (first 4 hours), $450/hour OT and callback
Position Highlights:
Long-term need with scheduling available months in advance enough runway to build continuity with the surgical team and patient population.
