* Unique opportunity to lead and build a comprehensive Cardiothoracic Surgery program with strong health system support
* Join a growing cardiovascular service line alongside Interventional Cardiology, Electrophysiology, General Cardiology, and Vascular Surgery teams
* Develop a sustainable 24-hour call model with shared coverage and PRN/locum support as needed
* Benefit from a strong referral network generated by employed physicians and community providers
* New open-heart surgery program will leverage established best practices and expertise from successful cardiovascular programs across the health system
* Practice within a 464-bed regional referral center offering advanced surgical services, Level III emergency care, and comprehensive cardiovascular programs
