Full Time | Academic Thoracic Surgery
Seeking BC Thoracic Surgeon with expertise in robotic-assisted and minimally invasive thoracic surgery to join a growing multidisciplinary surgical practice.
Position Highlights:
Join an established team of 3 Cardiothoracic Surgeons and 6 Advanced Practice Providers
Robotic-assisted and minimally invasive thoracic surgery focus
Comprehensive thoracic practice including:
- Lung cancer surgery
- Esophageal surgery
- Complex thoracic procedures
Collaborative multidisciplinary care with Pulmonology, Oncology, Gastroenterology, Radiation Oncology, Radiology, and Cardiac Surgery
Active multidisciplinary tumor board
Robust Pulmonology program with robotic bronchoscopy and critical care support
Opportunities for research, resident education, and academic leadership
Qualifications:
MD or DO
Board Certified in Thoracic Surgery
Completion of an accredited Thoracic Surgery fellowship
Eligible for Wisconsin medical licensure
Experience with robotic and minimally invasive thoracic surgery preferred
Strong interest in research, innovation, and surgical education
