* Opportunity to join a nationally recognized high-volume Cardiothoracic Surgery program
* Join an established team of 4 Cardiothoracic Surgeons with plans for continued growth
* APP first-call support with inpatient rounding and clinic assistance
* Dedicated 24/7 Cardiovascular ICU Intensivist coverage
* Annual surgical volume exceeding 1,000 cases
* Opportunity to support and expand advanced heart failure and LVAD programs
* Broad Cardiothoracic practice including robotic heart surgery, beating-heart surgery, minimally invasive valve surgery, ECMO, VAD, TAVR, and TEVAR
* Opportunity to participate in the continued growth of robotic thoracic surgery programs
* Dedicated block time with 3 cardiovascular operating rooms and 1 hybrid operating room
* Access to Da Vinci Xi and Si robotic platforms
* EPIC EMR
* Faculty appointment opportunity with a General Surgery Residency program
* Collaborative multidisciplinary cardiovascular environment with extensive specialty support

* Base salary of $905,260
* $150,000 recruitment incentive
