Looking for a well-compensated, flexible locums' opportunity in cardiac surgery? This is a premium weekend call position with strong support and consistent monthly coverage.
💼 Position Details
- Specialty: Cardiothoracic Surgery
- Start Date: May 10, 2026
- Contract Length: Ongoing
- Schedule:
- 3 weekends/month
- Friday 12PM – Monday 7AM
- 24-hour call coverage
🏥 Practice Setting
- Hospital-based role
- 163-bed facility
- EMR: Epic
⚙️ Clinical Responsibilities
- Manage urgent cardiothoracic surgical cases
- Coverage from cath lab to OR
- Patient flow from ICU to discharge
- No TAVR cases required
- Backup support from experienced surgeon
👥 Support
- Dedicated APP support
- Collaborative hospital team environment
✅ Requirements
- BC/BE in Cardiothoracic Surgery
- Active Pennsylvania license (or willing to obtain)
- DEA required
- Minimum 1 year experience
