Job Responsibilities
🔹 Provide 24-hour on-call coverage for cardiothoracic cases
🔹 Perform urgent cardiac surgical procedures as needed
🔹 Manage patients from cath lab to surgery and post-op care
🔹 Oversee ICU to discharge patient management
🔹 Collaborate with APPs and multidisciplinary teams
🔹 Respond to callbacks and inpatient consults
Qualifications
✔️ Board Certified/Board Eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery
✔️ Active Pennsylvania License (or willing to obtain)
✔️ Minimum 1 year of experience required
✔️ DEA required
✔️ Epic EMR experience preferred
Working Hours
🕒 24-Hour Call Coverage
📅 3 Weekends per Month
⏰ Friday 12:00 PM – Monday 7:00 AM

💡 Strong cardiothoracic surgical expertise
