Minimum Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board certification/eligibility based on education and specialty
- Certifications: BLS or ACLS upon hire in an acute care hospital; BLS or ACLS within 90 days of hire in an ambulatory clinic; Valid DEA in applicable state
- Licensure: Valid license to practice in Colorado; MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine; Residency trained in area of specialty
