Job description
Healthcare United is assisting a well established physician led multispecialty healthcare organization in Florida with the recruitment of a BE/BC Cardiothoracic Surgeon. The organization has served the region for more than three decades and continues to expand its presence across the greater Tampa Bay area.
The position includes a combination of outpatient clinic responsibilities with inpatient surgical coverage at a major regional hospital. Physicians will join a collaborative care environment with strong administrative support, advanced clinical resources, and a growing patient population.

Job Responsibilities
Perform cardiothoracic surgical procedures within a modern hospital environment
Manage perioperative care and coordinate with multidisciplinary cardiovascular teams
Participate in inpatient call coverage and collaborative patient management
Maintain clinic responsibilities during scheduled office hours
Qualifications
MD or DO degree required
Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Florida
Not eligible for J1 or H1B visa sponsorship
Working Hours
Typical clinic hours approximately 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Combination of clinic responsibilities and hospital surgical coverage
Shared call schedule approximately 1:2
