- Located in Kingsport, TN; 1.5 hours to Knoxville
Position Details
Full Time, Permanent
Seeking an experienced Cardiothoracic Surgeon
Join three established Cardiothoracic Surgeons and three dedicated Physician Assistants
High-volume adult cardiac and thoracic surgical practice
Fully integrated cardiovascular service line
Collaborative care model with all cardiology subspecialties
Tertiary care facility with comprehensive specialty support
Active clinical research and innovation programs
Well-established and progressive Structural Heart Program
Opportunities for academic involvement, teaching, and research
Qualifications:
American Board of Thoracic Surgery Board Certified or Board Eligible
Minimum 5 years of Cardiothoracic surgical experience preferred
Expertise in adult cardiac and thoracic surgery
Interest or experience in:
- Minimally invasive valve surgery
- Structural heart procedures
- Advanced heart team collaboration
