THORACIC SURGERY - PHOENIX, AZ
THE OPPORTUNITY
Join an established thoracic surgery program in Glendale (Phoenix metro) in partnership with Biltmore Cardiology. This employed position focuses on non-cardiac thoracic surgery, joining a team of 2 cardiothoracic surgeons. Physician-led structure with centralized administrative support.
COMPENSATION
- Total First Year: $550,000 - $750,000+
- Includes: Competitive base, wRVU production bonus, sign-on bonus, relocation
- Benefits: Health, dental, life insurance, retirement plans, malpractice
- Full administrative support: marketing, business development, billing, credentialing
- Immigration assistance negotiable
CLINICAL PRACTICE
- General thoracic surgery focus
- Lung cancer resections
- VATS procedures
