• February 6 starting at 5:00 p.m. – February 9 ending at 7:00 a.m.

- Reason for Coverage: back up thoracic team: currently have 2 providers
- Practice Setting: Hospital based: acute care mostly
- Call Schedule: TBD
- Call Ratio: As needed

- Annual ER Volume: unknown
- Number of Operating Rooms: 21
- Hemodialysis Access: Yes
- Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
- Description of Ancillary Staff: OR support, ICU support, Hospitalist

Procedures Required:
Bronchoscopy, Robot-Assisted Thoracic Surgery, Video-Assisted Thoracoscopic Surgery (VATS), Navigational Bronchoscopy, Endobronchial Ultrasound (EBUS), Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS), Tube Thoracostomy, Tracheostomy, Pericardial Window, Thoracic aortic aneurysms, Mediastinoscopy, Segmentectomy, Lobectomy, Bilobectomy, Pneumonectomy, Thoracotomy, Decortication
Additional Procedures Required or Preferred: *Additional areas of care:
Achalasia / Advanced Lung Disease (COPD and Pulmonary Fibrosis)
Anti-Reflux Surgery / GERD
Barrett’s Esophagitis /Chest Wall Tumors and Reconstruction
Diaphragm Plication / Diaphragmatic Hernias
Dysphagia / Esophageal Cancer
Lung Cancer / Lung Nodules
Mediastinal Masses / Mesothelioma
Pleural Effusion / Pneumothorax
Rib Fractures and Plating
Thoracic Outlet Syndrome / Thymomas
Tracheal Stenosis / Tracheostomy
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 120 days
