• Support Staff: CT-NP, CT-PA, CT rounding nurse
• Patient Population: Adult & Geriatric
• Credentialing: ~30 days
Scope of Work:
Cardiac Surgery:
• CABG
• Arterial Revascularization (IMA, radial, gastroepiploic)
• Redo Coronary Revascularization
• Heart Valve Repair/Replacement
• TAVR (CoreValve® System)
• Mitral Valve Repair
Thoracic Surgery:
• Thoracotomy Lung Biopsy
• Lung Resections & Pneumonectomy
• Decortication
• Chest Wall Resection/Reconstruction
• Mediastinal Surgery & Biopsy
• Tube Thoracostomy
• Pericardial Window
Submission Requirements:
• BC/BE – Required
• Active IN License – Required
• Active IN DEA/CSR – Required
• 24-hour call with minimum 4 hours gratis – Required
• Available for all listed dates – Required
