Cardiothoracic Surgery Opportunity Full-Time Position Abilene, TX Employment available through a well-established local provider network. Compensation & Incentives: 18-month income guarantee of $767,007, plus a lucrative incentive program $25,000 contract execution payment, disbursed as follows: o $5,000 upon signing the contract o $15,000 upon submission of all required credentialing documentation o $5,000 after the first payroll cycle following your start date Note: This payment is subject to repayment if employment does not commence as agreed or ends prior to the completion of a three-year term.
