Cardiothoracic Surgeon Needed for 24hr Coverage in Southeastern Virginia
Compensation: - 24hr call shifts covering Cardiac/Thoracic Surgery
- Monday-Friday 7-3:30 + 24hr OR call
- $2500/day + $450/hr call back
- June 1 (7a) - July 2 (7a)
- July 10 (7a) - July 15 (7a)
- July 24 (7a) - July 31 (7a)
Descending Aortic Aneurysms, CABG, Redo Coronary Revascularization(With or Without Heart Valve Surgery), Arterial Revascularization(Using Internal Mammary Arteries, Radial Artery and Gastroepiploic Artery), Pericardial Window, Tube Thoracostomy, Thoracic aortic aneurysms, Flexible and Rigid Bronchoscopy, Thoracotomy Lung Resections and Pneumonectomy, Chest Wall Resection and Reconstruction, Mediastinal Surgery, Heart Valve Repair/Replacement Surgery, Heart Valve Replacement Without Surgery (CoreValve® System), Mitral Valve Repair
- Negotiable Daily/Hourly/On-Call Rates - 1099. Weekly Pay Via Direct Deposit
- Complimentary Medical Malpractice Coverage -$1M/$3M Occurrence Based Policy
- Travel Reimbursement to include Airfare, Lodging, Rental Car, Fuel, or Mileage
Qualifications
-Active VA license & DEA
-BLS/ACLS
-Available to cover selected dates
-Case logs required
