Direct Hire Cardiothoracic Surgeon in West Des Moines, Iowa
Details:
One of the Largest Physician-Owned and Governed Multi-Specialty Clinics in the Midwest
1 day in clinic - 10-12 PPD
3-4 days in surgery - 1-2 PPD
Two designated cardiac surgery ORs and access to two hybrid procedural rooms
Call Shared Equally 1:3
100% Adult - no peds
CABG, Mitral Valve Repair/Replacement, Sternal Plating, Lobectomy, Pneumonectomy, Pleurodesis, etc.
Structural - TAVR, MitraClip
Research opportunities available
Teaching opportunities with residency program
Excellent payor mix
Large referral base within the clinic of over 270 multi-specialty providers in addition to an external referral base that includes 1.3 million
