Locum Tenens Vascular/Cardiothoracic Surgeon in Memphis, TN
Dates: May 25, 2024 to December 2, 2024
Specific Dates: May 25-28, July 3-8, November 27-December 2 (all starting at 7am)
Provider must have all of the above dates available.
Rate: Negotiable (tell us your rate)
Job Details:
**Experience in both Vascular & Cardiothoracic surgery is essential.**
EMR Systems: Athena (office), Centricity (hospital)
Coverage Type: Clinic and Call
Admissions Required: No
Facility will accept multiple providers: No
Patients per Day: 1-2 days per week in office (approx. 35 appointments), hospital rounding on average 15 patients
On-Call Details: Less than 10 calls, 0-2 call-backs in a 24 hr shift, 2-4 hours to round
Surgeries/Procedures: CABG, AVR, MVR, TAVR, EVSG, TEVSG, Lung, Peripheral, Aortic dissection, Carotid endarterectomy, etc.
Requirements:
Must have active Tennessee state license. No IMLC accepted.
Board certification required.
Clean history.
BLS certification required.
Experience in both Vascular & Cardiothoracic surgery is essential.
This locum tenens opportunity seeks a Vascular/Cardiothoracic Surgeon with specific experience and skills in a variety of procedures including CABG, AVR, MVR, TAVR, and more, to provide coverage at a facility in Memphis, TN. The assignment includes both clinic hours and call, with the provider expected to see patients in the office 1-2 days per week and perform hospital rounds on an average of 15 patients. The right candidate will have a strong background in both vascular and cardiothoracic surgeries, meeting the facility's need for a versatile and skilled surgeon.
