One of our clients in MI needs assistance with Cardiothoracic Surgery locum tenens coverage. Here are some of the details:
Location: outside of Traverse City
Facility: 202-bed Hospital
Coverage Dates: ASAP - Call Coverage
Schedule: 7a-7a; Weekend Requirements; On Call Requirements
Practice Details: There is first assist APP and APP rounding; Physician will be second call; Adult demographic; Patients per day: variable (10 surgeries/month for full time provider); Support staff, APP coverage, number of providers in the clinic and on-site services: CTCVS is supported with 1-3 APPs (sourcing locums and recruiting during a current gap). There isa dedicated RN to the program who facilitates scheduling. OR, radiology, and lab are all onsite
Setting: Inpatient, hospital, EMR: Cerner
Must be MI licensed, BLS, and Board Certified
Malpractice, travel and credentialing are taken care of on your behalf
