MyMichigan Health, an affiliate of the University of Michigan Health, has an outstanding opportunity for a full-time board certified Thoracic Surgeon to join a strong team in Midland, Michigan.
Midland is an upscale, family oriented community of nearly 50,000 centrally located in Michigan’s Lower Peninsula less than two hours from metro areas of Detroit and the state capitol of Lansing. Midland was recently named as one of the “Top 15 Dreamtowns” in the U.S. It is the “Ann Arbor of the North”. Due to the “people mix” and the healthy economic status Midland is capable of offering a diverse and sophisticated selection of cultural, educational, recreational and leisure activities.

Practice Details
You would be joining another board certified surgeon and an Advanced Practice Provider in an extremely busy practice that has served mid-Michigan for more than 10 years. This very successful practice offers a full range of Thoracic services to manage Oncology cases with state of the art equipment such as the EBUS, GPS Lung Navigation, Da Vinci Xi system for robotic surgery, and brand new OR’s. The practice location is conveniently located just steps away from MyMichigan Medical Center Midland.
