Cardiothoracic Surgery Opportunity - Midland, MI
MyMichigan Health, an affiliate of the University of Michigan Health, has an outstanding opportunity for a full-time board certified Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a strong team in Midland, Michigan.
Midland is an upscale, family oriented community of nearly 50,000 centrally located in Michigan’s Lower Peninsula less than two hours from metro areas of Detroit and the state capitol of Lansing. Midland was recently named as one of the “Top 15 Dreamtowns” in the U.S. It is the “Ann Arbor of the North”. Due to the “people mix” and the healthy economic environment, Midland boasts a truly sophisticated offering of cultural, educational and recreational activities.

Practice Details
You would be joining a busy practice that has served mid-Michigan for more than 13 years. A highly skilled, collaborative team of cardiologists, including interventional, heart failure, and EP, as well as dedicated advanced practice providers and support staff. Strong cardiovascular program has 36 providers across the system of which 28 are based in Midland.
This is a hospital employed position. Midland is the corporate base of MyMichigan Health. In April of 2016, MyMichigan Health was named a national 15 Top Health System by Truven Health Analytics.
This very successful practice offers a full range of Cardiovascular services, from Open Heart Surgery to TAVR.
Compensation
MyMichigan Medical Group is offering a Highly Competitive Compensation Plan with a variable component based on WRVUs and a Full Benefit Package including:
