A medical center in Reno, NV is looking for Cardiothoracic Surgery coverage starting April 1st - ongoing. They need 8 hours of onsite coverage Tuesdays and Thursdays and call coverage Tuesday - Friday. Would you be interested?

  • Starting April 1, 2024 - Ongoing
  • 8 hrs onsite coverage Tuesdays and Thursdays
  • Call: Tues 5 PM through Friday 8 AM
  • Must be willing to proctor a newer Physician
  • Typically surgeon gets called in while on call 1 out of every 10 shifts
  • Procedures: Structural Heart back up: watchman's, TAVR, mitral clip, PFO closure, emergent backup, CABG, surgical consult and surgery if appropriate
  • Board Certification required
  • EPIC EMR
  • 3-4 week credentialing
  • NV is part of IMLC
