Schedule :
In need of call coverage Jan. 2-10, Jan. 23 - Feb. 5, Feb. 16 - April 30.
Other Info :
Physician must have a WI license & DEA, or be willing to obtain a WI Act 10 temporary license and transfer an out-of-state DEA to WI.
How are the shifts structured? 24/7 call coverage, 7am-7am. May see a few office patients during the day.
Are the 8-10 patients the total for inpatient and outpatient combined? Yes
Will you accept Cardiac only? No
Minimum Board Certification: BE
