- The cardiothoracic surgery group of 4 physicians is ranked among the highest in the nation with a 3-star rating from the Society for Thoracic Surgeons. The practice performs more than 1,200 cardiovascular and thoracic surgical procedures annually, 85% are heart cases.
- The market is growing, and the health system is building the cardiac thoracic surgery team to match.
- In addition to skills in minimally invasive and endovascular techniques, experience or interest in LVAD is essential.
- The compensation and benefits package is competitive with an initial income guarantee, followed by an opportunity to earn a significant incentive payment.
