**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform a wide range of cardiothoracic surgical procedures, including but not limited to coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), valve repair/replacement, aortic surgery, and lung surgery.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in pre-operative evaluations, post-operative care, and patient follow-up.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with hospital protocols.
- Demonstrate a commitment to patient safety and satisfaction.
**Qualifications:**
- Medical degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Cardiothoracic Surgery.
- Valid medical license to practice in the state of Missouri.
- Proven experience in performing complex cardiothoracic surgical procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based healthcare environment.
