Clinic Hours and Nightly call with on call on the weekends, Fri-Mon

Nov: 1, 2, 3, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 27, 28, 29, 30
Dec: 1, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31

Location 2:
Oct: 30, 31
Nov: 15, 16, 17, 30
Dec: 1, 14, 15, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31

Additional dates include: Long term search 90-120 days
