- Dates of Coverage: Dec 22 - Jan 5. Potential for ongoing sporadic coverage.
- EMR: Epic
- Annual ER Volume: 45K/year
- Board Certification or Board Eligible
- Active IN License at the time of submission
- Active IN DEA/CSR at time of submissio
- 24-hr call must include minimum of 4 hours gratis
- Available for ALL open dates listed
- procedures required
