A leading, nationally recognized retina practice is seeking Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Retina Surgeons for full-time, permanent opportunities across multiple locations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, high-volume network focused exclusively on vitreoretinal care.

π° Base Salary: $400,000+ annually (plus production incentives)

π©Ί Key Responsibilities
As a Retina Surgeon, you will:

Diagnose and manage complex vitreoretinal diseases, including:
-
Diabetic retinopathy
-
Retinal detachment
-
Macular degeneration
-
Retinal vein occlusions
-
Macular holes and epiretinal membranes
-
-
Perform advanced vitreoretinal surgical procedures (PPV, scleral buckle, etc.)
-
Administer intravitreal injections and laser treatments
-
Interpret OCT, fluorescein angiography, and other diagnostic imaging
-
Collaborate with referring ophthalmologists and optometrists
-
Maintain high-quality documentation and patient-centered care standards
-
Participate in clinical research and innovation initiatives (if interested)
β Qualifications
-
MD or DO from an accredited institution
-
Completion of Ophthalmology Residency
-
Completion of Fellowship Training in Vitreoretinal Surgery
-
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology

Eligible for state medical licensure in applicable location(s)

Strong surgical and clinical skills
