Sono Bello is hiring a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Plastic Surgeon to join the nation's largest aesthetic surgery practice.
Since 2008, our surgeons have performed more than 300,000 procedures across 130+ locations nationwide.
Coming out of training, one of the biggest challenges is getting enough consistent case volume. At Sono Bello, you step into an established patient pipeline with exposure to breast and body procedures, structured onboarding, and support from a national network of experienced surgeons.
Instead of spending your first several years building a patient base from scratch, you can focus on operating, developing your aesthetic experience, and continuing to grow surgically.

Scope of Practice
Sono Bello continues to expand its surgical offerings and technology nationwide. Our surgeons have the opportunity to perform and develop expertise across:
- Liposuction and body contouring
- Full spectrum of breast procedures
- New surgical offerings and technology
- Quality and Safety Best Practices
- Greater than 95% patient satisfaction
- Approximately 1% complication rate
- High procedural volume not typically available in traditional practice settings

Compensation
Compensation is production-based and scales with surgical volume, schedule, and individual productivity. Top performers earn in excess of $1 million annually. Earnings are uncapped and vary based on procedure volume, case mix, scheduling capacity, market, and individual productivity. Ask your recruiter for a detailed breakdown of the compensation model.
