Job Responsibilities
Provide inpatient plastic and reconstructive surgical care 🏥
Manage trauma-related surgical cases at a Level 1 trauma center
Cover on-call shifts, primarily Friday 7am – Monday 7am
Document care accurately in EPIC EMR system
Collaborate with multidisciplinary hospital teams
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery ✔️
Pennsylvania medical license required
DEA required
Minimum 5 years of surgical experience
Expedited credentialing available (<90 days)
Working Hours
On-call shifts, mostly Friday 7am – Monday 7am
6-8 shifts per month
Inpatient coverage only
Skills
Advanced surgical skills in trauma and reconstructive procedures ✂️
Ability to work independently and manage high-acuity patients
Strong clinical judgment and teamwork
