A Board Certified or Board Eligible Plastic Surgeon is sought to join an established plastic surgery team in Springfield, Missouri. This opportunity offers the ability to build and shape a practice aligned with individual interests while working within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Practice Overview
* Broad scope of reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery
* Practice excludes microsurgery and hand surgery
* Participation in facial trauma call rotation, shared approximately 1:4
* Opportunity to grow and tailor the practice based on professional interests and expertise
Compensation Structure
* Unique hybrid compensation model:
* RVU-based compensation for reconstructive procedures
* Percentage of collections for cosmetic procedures
