THE OPPORTUNITY
Minneapolis needs a plastic surgeon who wants private practice autonomy backed by national infrastructure. This isn't a hospital-employed position with call obligations and committee meetings - it's production-based compensation with the support to maximize it.
COMPENSATION - Salary Range: $400,000 - $600,000 annually - Comprehensive benefits package - Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance negotiable The practice competes with hospital systems for reconstructive referrals while building cosmetic volume. Minneapolis is a sophisticated market; patients expect excellence. The group delivers infrastructure, marketing support, and operational efficiency that lets surgeons focus on surgery.

THE ROLE

REQUIREMENTS
- MD/DO, Board Certified in Plastic Surgery
- Fellowship training preferred
- Minnesota license or ability to obtain
- Interest in both reconstructive and cosmetic
