• Seeking a Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible Plastic Surgeon

• Permanent, employed position within a large multispecialty group

• Hiring due to growth and expansion

• Outpatient-only practice

• Monday–Friday schedule

• No call

• Typical office hours

• Work alongside experienced physicians and APPs

• EMR: EPIC

You’ll join a well-managed, high-volume department featuring:

• 4 office locations

• 5 busy plastic surgeons

• 3 Physician Assistants

• Fully staffed, professionally managed operations

• Access to two modern, state-of-the-art Ambulatory Surgery Centers

• Established health system with 100+ years of history

• Multispecialty group with:

• 2,000+ medical providers

• 300+ locations

• Offices across multiple states

Two Ambulatory Surgery Centers, plus Urgent Care, Lab, and Imaging services

Hospital affiliations in the local area

• Compensation range: $350,000 – $750,000

• Extremely competitive, transparent structure

• Base salary guarantee (1+ year)

• Transition to RVU-based model after guarantee
