An exciting full-time Plastic Surgery opportunity is available for an experienced, Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon to join a busy surgical practice with strong inpatient, clinic, and trauma exposure.

🔹 Position Highlights

📅 Schedule: Monday–Friday clinic with call rotation
⏱️ Patient Contact: ~36 hours/week
🏥 Practice Mix: Inpatient, ER consults, trauma, reconstructive & cosmetic cases
🗓️ OR Days: 2–4 days per week
📞 Call: Soft tissue & EMTALA call (rotation)
🔁 Availability Options: 7 on / 7 off OR 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off

🧠 Clinical Scope

• Trauma call & ER consultations

• In-office consults and procedures

• Reconstructive collaboration with breast surgeons

• Surgical & cosmetic cases across all age groups

• Teaching opportunities available

🏥 Practice Environment

👩‍⚕️ APP Support: 1
🩺 Nursing Support: 1:1
📊 Clinic Volume: 16+ patients/day
🕒 Appointment Length: 15–30 minutes

✅ Requirements

• Board Certified in Plastic Surgery

• Active Iowa license or IMLC (LOQ required at name clear)

• Proven experience in Plastic Surgery

• Clean malpractice & background

• Must be available for required scheduling options
